Tire Pte Ltd was born from a simple question:
How can we change the way people see tyre shops — from cluttered, dark, and intimidating spaces into welcoming places, where tyres are celebrated as the foundation of every safe journey?
Our founders, Edmund and Ah Siong, decided it was time for a change. Edmund brings over 9 years of workshop experience, specialising in accident claims and helping drivers recover from stressful situations on the road. He saw firsthand how the wrong tyres — or poorly maintained ones — often made the difference between a safe journey and a dangerous one. Ah Siong adds more than 15 years of deep expertise in tyres and rims. Having served countless customers, he knew drivers wanted more than just “any tyre that fits” — they wanted advice they could trust, solutions tailored to their needs, and products that could truly stand up to Singapore’s unique roads and weather.
Dr.Tan Poh Kok (PK Tan), a Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at PK Women’s Specialist Centre, is a 1991 graduate of the National University of Singapore; a 1998 specialist graduate of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology (UK); and a receiver of specialist accreditations from the Ministry of Health Singapore and the Singapore Medical Council.
